RTA and Salik call centres win awards

Dubai: The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Salik call centres have won INSIGHTS Middle East’s award in the category of governmental medium-sized centres.

The awards were received by Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Dubai RTA, during a meeting with Dominick Keenaghan, President of INSIGHTS.

Al Tayer said that the achievement reaffirms the authority’s commitment to following up on the directives of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, which is to provide the best standard of services rendered to the public.
