President and Rulers exchange Eid greetings

Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received greeting cables from Their Highnesses the Members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates, Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers of the emirates on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.

The President sent greeting cables to Arab and Muslim leaders on the occasion.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, sent similar cables to Arab and Islamic leaders on the occasion.

General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, also sent congratulatory cables to Shaikh Khalifa and Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid on Eid Al Fitr.

The President received Eid greetings from Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, King Abdullah of Jordan, Tunisian President Zine Al Abidine Bin Ali, Sudanese President Omar Al Bashir and Asif Ali Zardari, Pakistani President, and leaders from other prominent countries.

The Vice-President received similar congratulatory cables from world leaders on the occasion.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, will perform the Eid prayers on Tuesday at the Grand Eid Mussallah in Bur Dubai. The prayers service will begin at 7:30 am.
