New project to organise waste containers

Abu Dhabi: A new project to organise skips and waste containers with the aim of identifying and regulating them has been launched by Tadweer, Abu Dhabi emirate’s waste management centre.

The authority will work with all waste collection and transportation companies to implement the initiative, and all legal and administrative proceedings for it will come into effect on November 1, 2017, Tadweer said in a statement issued on Sunday.
