Minister of State for Foreign Affairs office gets ISO certificate

Abu Dhabi: The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Office received the International Quality Certificate ISO 9001: 2008 for its commitment to the application of best quality management system standards and documentation of operational procedures and processes in accordance with the state department’s strategy.

The ministry has always been keen on raising the level of excellence and services it provides to achieve the highest quality of achievement rates.

The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Office conducted a comprehensive review of all organisational forms and followed procedures to improve, reduce risks and design more flexible operational policies that enhance satisfaction with strategic partners.
