Khalifa tours key installations

Western Region: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Friday concluded his four-day tour of the Western Region.

Shaikh Khalifa received citizens and listened to their demands at his Liwa Palace. He promised to meet their requirements. Shaikh Khalifa also visited projects, oil installations and other strategic premises.

The president was briefed on execution of the strategic development plan of Western Region, which include investment projects in construction, tourism and infrastructure fields.

The visit included Zayed city, neighbouring areas, farms, construction and service sites. The visit also included Habshan district, where he toured oil installations and construction projects

Shaikh Khalifa was accompanied by Shaikh Mohammad Bin Butti Al Hamad, the Ruler's representative in the western region and a number of senior officials.
