Heritage event Jiran opens in Khor Fakkan

Sharjah: Abdul Aziz Al Muslim, head of Sharjah Institute of Heritage, recently opened the activities of ‘Jiran (neighbours)’ heritage event, under the theme of ‘A journey through beautiful times’. It is organised by the Department of Family Development Centres in the city of Khor Fakkan in cooperation with the Khor Fakkan Society for Popular Culture, Arts and Heritage.

The activities taking place are in-line with the directives of His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and his wife Shaikha Jawaher Bint Mohammad Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs.
