Emiratis advised against Iraq travel

Abu Dhabi: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has advised Emiratis against travelling to Iraq given the political and security situation in the country.

Abdullah Bin Mohammad Bin Butti Al Hamed, undersecretary in the ministry, called upon Emiratis to register through the Tawajudi service when they travel abroad. This service is provided by the ministry’s website. In emergencies, the ministry has advised calling 80044444.

Al Hamed affirmed the importance of abiding by the rules to ensure citizens’ safety.
