Council calls for drafting of federal law

Abu Dhabi: The Ministerial Service Council has called on the authorities concerned to begin the drafting of a federal law on land transportation in the light of studies carried out in this regard.

The call was made during an ordinary session chaired by Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs and chairman of the council.

The draft law will be submitted by the Ministerial Legislation Committee after finalising it to the Cabinet for approval.

The council reviewed plans submitted by a number of federal bodies for the development of their work.
