Body of UAE martyr Saif Al Falasi arrives in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi: The body of martyred non-commissioned officer Saif Yousuf Ahmad Al Falasi has arrived at the Bateen Airport aboard in Abu Dhabi, on board a military plane, accompanied by a number of armed forces officers.

At the arrival, special military ceremony was held to receive the body of the martyr at the airport in the presence of number of senior armed forces officers.

The General Command of the UAE Armed Forces on Tuesday that Al Falasi was killed while he was carrying out his national duty within the forces participating in Operation Restoring Hope, an Arab coalition-led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to back the legitimate government of Yemen.

Al Falasi, 35, was a father of five.

 

Relatives confirmed his funeral will take place after Tuesday’s isha prayers at the Alia Sultan Lootah mosque in Al Warqa 4./p>

The burial was to take place in Al Ghusais graveyard./p>
