Bahrain backs UAE's rights to islands

Abu Dhabi: Bahrain has reiterated UAE's right to the three islands occupied by Iran.

Speaker of the Federal National Council Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Ghurair received a letter from his Bahraini counterpart Khalifa Bin Ahmad Al Dhahrani, who asserted the right of the UAE to the three islands - Greater and Lesser Tunbs and Abu Mousa.

Bahrain's Representative Council chairman mentioned in his letter that the Bahraini parliamentary delegation asserted the stance during the 13th conference of Arab Parliamentary Union.
