Al Eremi managed to save one of four children who fell into abandoned well

Abu Dhabi: Firefighter Nasser Hamad Al Eremi was honoured on Tuesday for rescuing a child in Al Ain last week.
The child, along with three other children, fell into an abandoned well in the backyard of a house in Al Naifa area. The four cousins, all aged four, were chasing a cat that jumped on the wooden cover of the abandoned well. It gave way when the children jumped on it. Three of the children died after sustaining major fractures and injuries.
Colonel Mohammad Abdul Jalil Al Ansari, Director-General of Abu Dhabi Civil Defence, hailed Al Eremi for his courageous action.
