Field Commander confirmed that the incident is under control and there are no injuries
Dubai: A fire broke out in a warehouse containing cleaning supplies in Dubai’s Umm Ramool area on Friday afternoon, Dubai Civil Defence said.
The Dubai Civil Defense Operation Centre was alerted of the fire at 4:28pm on Friday, April 14. The first responders, a team from the Al Rashidiya fire station, reached the site within five minutes. It was medium-sized fire and accordingly Port Saeed and Al Qusais stations were mobilised for backup and support.
Specialised teams started the evacuation and firefighting process. The Field Commander confirmed at 5:04 pm that the incident is under control and no injuries were reported.
