Layer of haze envelopes many parts of UAE as humidity level rises

Al Ain: A layer of haze has blanketed most parts of the country, which is reeling under hot and humid weather.

Temperature has gone up to 41 to 45 degree Celsius with 75 to 90 per cent humidity in Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain.

A forecaster said temperature all over the country is at the normal level and similar conditions are expected to continue.

According to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCM), weather will be hot in general and hazy at times during the day in the next 48 hours.

Wind will be light to moderate and could kick up dust in some open areas, especially in the western parts of emirates. Relative humidity will increase at night and early morning in coastal areas.
