Crocodile with stomach full of human body parts found in UAE, says email

Dubai: A crocodile with a stomach full of human body parts was claimed to have been found in Hatta.

Pictures in hoax e-mails circulated in the UAE and elsewhere show the crocodile after being captured and its supposed stomach contents, which include a human arm and leg, along with an image of tens of large snakes.

The e-mails state the discovery was made by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa).

Abdullah Al Hajiri, senior corporate communications manager at Dewa, said: "As far as I know, we have not found any wild animals at any of our projects, especially crocodiles. Crocodiles and alligators live in rivers, there are no rivers around here. There was a fake picture of a huge snake that said Dewa had captured, but if you look at that picture, it doesn't show anyone from Dewa."
