Police on the hunt for motorist after girl, 5, was found run over in Ras Al Khaimah

Ras Al Khaimah: A 5-year-old girl was killed in a hit-and-run accident late on Sunday, an official at Ras Al Khaimah Police told Gulf News.
The motorist fled the scene, leaving the child in a pool of blood, said the official. 

Police operation room was alerted about the incident around 10 pm. Ras Al Khaimah Police are on the look out for the suspect.

The girl was killed on the spot and her body was moved to Saqr hospital.
