Driver dies as bulldozer falls into a ditch in Dubai

Dubai: A bulldozer fell into a ditch at a construction site in Jumeirah Village in Dubai on Sunday morning, killing the driver on the spot, police said.

The 27-year-old Asian driver miscalculated the distance and drove the bulldozer into the ditch, said the police.

Police patrols from Bur Dubai Police Station and rescue teams rushed to the accident site and a police crane was used to get the bulldozer and the body out of the ditch.
