BMC Software and Remedy launched its business service management (BSM) strategy recently.

"Feedback on BSM from the customers was very positive," said Tim Peck, general manager of BMC Middle East.

BMC Software and Remedy awarded some among its customer base, including National Bank of Dubai, Saudi Aramco, Riyad Bank, National Commercial Bank, ADCO, Saudi Telcom, Qatar Telecom, MTC Vodafone Bahrain, Vodafone Egypt, for their excellence in enterprise and service management. BMC Software also recognised its local partner Elite Computer Solutions for its business growth during the past three years.
