85-inch 4K smart TV unveiled by Samsung

Dubai: If you love watching movies and videos in ultra-high definition (4K) and have the cash to spend, then this is the product to buy.

The 85-inch 3D WiFi TV — 85S9 — is complemented by its minimalist design and looks as if the TV is floating within the frame. The frame of the product has 40 hidden speakers on three sides and a 5MP camera on the top frame.

The big advantage of this smart TV is the smart evolution kit which allows you to update your TV software and features by replacing a box. The TV just has only one input and the rest all are in a box.

Samsung said that the future 4K TVs will have a different HDMI ports and features, so if you have 85S9 you just need to replace the box.

The TV is powered by quad core processor and with a clear motion rate of 1200 for sharpness and motion clarity.

Even if you have the money, you need to wait because Samsung is accepting pre-bookings for the device. It is priced at around Dh150,000.
