Khor Fakkan keeper dies in car accident

Dubai: Tributes have poured in for Khor Fakkan goalkeeper Bilal Mal Allah, who died in a car accident this week.

The player’s car overturned on the Fujairah-Khor Fakkan highway while he was his way to training.

He later died in hospital in Abu Dhabi after being transferred from Fujairah.

UAE clubs and associations were quick to offer their condolences, including Arabian Gulf League side Al Dhafra who offered to loan the second tier side a keeper for the period of one year and pay his wages in an extraordinary show of solidarity.
