Ladies compete in The Good, The Bad and The Ugly at JGE

Earlier this week, Jumeirah Golf Estates ladies hosted The Good, The Bad and The Ugly pairs scramble tournament.

In the pairs scramble format, for those who don’t know, each player tees off and the best tee shot from the pair is then selected. Both players then play their own ball from the chosen tee shot. This process continues until the ball is holed out.

Conquering the Earth Course this time around were the pair of Teresa Sheepwash and Philippa Stumbles with a eight over net 104. Seven net birdies and a net eagle for the duo in their winning round, made all the better sweeter for Philippa as she celebrated her birthday!

Coming in second spot were Mitsuko Emmerson and Sunny Raymond. They had three net birdies and a net eagle in their round en route to their 14 over net 110.

Whilst concluding the prize-giving presentation, Adam Stastny, Assistant Golf Services Manager, commented, "Congratulations to our prize winners today and thank you for participating out there on a tough Earth Course as they prepare for the upcoming DP World Tour Championship.
