Goalkeeper Jens Lehmann was the star for the hosts when Germany and Argentina met again in the 2006 quarter-finals.
The Arsenal stopper had studied Argentina’s penalty takers’ past efforts and was confident of denying them in the shootout after a 1-1 draw.
