Liverpool: Liverpool endured their heaviest loss in 52 years as the Premier League season ended with a 6-1 humiliation at Stoke on Sunday.

After taking Liverpool from second last season to a sixth-place finish, Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers said: “If the owners want me to go, I will go.”

But Rodgers insisted that he still feels he has “a lot of offer” at Liverpool despite taking only eight points from the final nine games.

A season in decline was encapsulated in the first half when Mame Biram Diouf scored twice and Charlie Adam, Jon Walters and Steven Nzonzi also netted.
