Bollywood stars from Anushka Sharma to Taapsee Pannu make it to McAfee's 'Most Dangerous Celebrity' list

Bollywood stars such as Taapsee Pannu (pictured above, right) and Anushka Sharma (pictured) are among the top 10 personalities generating the riskiest search results online in India due to the malicious sites and viruses linked to their names, according to a list released by cybersecurity company McAfee on Tuesday.

Tabu, who recently starred in Mira Nair's series adaptation of "A Suitable Boy", features second on the list, behind global football sensation Cristiano Ronaldo.

Mum-to-be Anushka Sharma has a grand fan following, but this may also be the reason she’s made to number three on the Most Dangerous Celebrity list 2020.

Sonakshi Sinha, who debuted in Bollywood with ‘Dabangg!’, was a fashion design student before she took on the role of actress.

Singer Armaan Malik who’s next on the list recorded his first Bollywood song at the age of nine.

Sara Ali Khan, who also made the bill, is suffering a setback in both professional and personal ties. She was recently questioned over drug consumption by the NCB and reports have it that her father, the famous Saif Ali Khan, has been distant since the debacle.

Popular TV actor Divyanka Tripathi has also made it to the list.

Movie star Shah Rukh Khan who is in the UAE for the IPL is also part of this notorious list. Venkat Krishnapur, vice president of Engineering and managing director, McAfee India, explained the phenomenon to PTI, saying that as consumers scout the web for free entertainment now more than ever, cybercriminals trail close behind, capitalising on this interest.”
