Focus: Are women less ambitious than men?

In a recent study released in the UK, a survey of Britain’s top 30 universities showed that female final year students expected to earn a lot less – around 14 per cent – than then male peers. Does that mean that women are less ambitious than men? What would you make of this survey? Join our debate, where we will raise the following statements:

• Women prefer a decent work-life balance over high pay.
