MONEY DOESN'T ROCK HIS WORLD: Fame, power, and money are often the three factors that lure actors across the globe to the dizzying world of show business. But Bollywood's self-made actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui -- the portrait of rags-to-riches star -- is cut from a different cloth. In a riveting masterclass at the on-going 53rd edition of International Indian Film Festival in Goa, to which Gulf News has been invited to cover, Siddiqui gave a no-frills crash course in how to make it big in Bollywood with sheer grit and gumption. "Money has never excited me. I have been so poor that I am confident that even if I lose it all today, I will know how to survive. Money should never be the reason why you want to get into the world of acting," cautioned Siddiqui. He had worked as a chemist and a watchman, before he found fame in Bollywood. It's not often that you get such brutal feedback from actors who try to gloss over their tough days. And, we are impressed. (By Manjusha Radhakrishnan, Entertainment Editor)
