DUBAI’S GOVERNMENT SERVICES DEMONSTRATE A PROVEN EXCELLENCE: The approval of the results of the 2022 customer and employee happiness index, with a rating of 86 per cent and 88 per cent, speaks volumes for the level of government services in Dubai. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, who revealed the scores, has made it clear that Dubai’s goal is always to be at the top.
