Overstay fines would need to be paid in case of cancelled visas, if the visa was cancelled after March 1.

Overstay fines: Dh225 for the first day and Dh25 for each day after that. The daily fines will increase progressively.

Daily fines increase to Dh50 after six months and to Dh100 after the first year.
