A residence in the world's tallest building comes at a tall price. The Burj Khalifa offers more than 900 luxurious residential units in one, two, three and four-bed formats. The view in itself is worth the hefty price. Rera says if you are paying more than Dh170,000 for a one-bed apartment here, you are not eligible for a rental increase.
Another one of Dubai's glittering locations, the artifical archipelago is the second most expensive area to rent a one-bedroom apartment. Offering stunning views, good residential locations, high-profile neighbours and well-designed homes, Palm Jumeirah is the answer to your prayers if you want to live the life of an opulent Dubai resident.
The residential zone in DIFC free zone is centrally located between old and new Dubai. It is also nearby schools, hospitals, entertainment facilities and is very close to the city's centre. Overlooking iconic buildings such as Burj Khalifa and Emirates Towers, your morning view would be the amazing Dubai skyline. There are numerous residential units within DIFC, out of which we chose DIFC Limestone House and DIFC Index Tower as our rental benchmarks.
A prominent landmark, JBR is the hub of many cultural and social activities. The residence units here are sought after for their proximity to the centre of the city while providing easier access to major commercial, cultural and entertainment venues in Dubai.
The artificial canal city promises waterfront views, regal homes and the epitome of the lavish Dubai life. Residents here have access to the best of facilities including sports, entertainment, fitness, dining, hotels and many fun activities year-round. The area attracts people who want to buy and invest in property, whether it be for business or for post-retirement purposes.
Located in western Dubai, Trade Centre 1 and 2 feature residential and commercial skyscrapers along the Shaikh Zayed Road. It has easy access to the centre of Dubai and the old city. Well connected by road and public transport facilities, the residential units are sought after by higher-income working professionals and couples.
