The Fashion Folio exhibition in Dubai is set to offer the latest in women's fashion, including runway trends, clothing, accessories, handbags, shoes and more.

Drawing from India's exotic design lexicons, the exhibition aims to capture the spirit that defines the lifestyle of the contemporary woman.

Talented Indian designers

A two-day exhibition-cum-sale of fashion wear and accessories by talented Indian designers opens at Hayya Club at Emirates Hills, Dubai on December 6.

It's set in a sophisticated venue that complements the high-end world of fashion and creativity.

The event has been organised by two enterprising women Kalpana Danthi & Smita Sheth, who are bringing some special talent from India to Dubai for the first time.

Mumbai boutique

Both of them are long-term residents of Dubai and have been actively involved in holding exhibitions in Dubai.

Some of the designers they've brought to Dubai in the past include Mumbai boutique Melange, Anu Sinh from Mumbai and Renu Tandon from New Delhi.

Exquisite saris and shawls

Fashion Folio Dubai will offer visitors the chance to see creations of some 13 brilliant designers from India displaying everything from prêt to fusion wear, exquisite saris to exotic shawls, from ethnic jewellery to amazing accessories and haute couture fashion during this exclusive
two-day event.
