Working without safety gear is a big risk

I took this photograph while returning from work in Dubai to my house in Sharjah. I saw some workers working on a large hoarding or billboard on Al Ittihad Road in Sharjah in unsafe conditions. They were working at a height of around 8 to 10 metres above the ground without any helmets. They were working with tools used for welding, which makes it even more dangerous at such a height without any protection. I urge the authorities to look into such issues.
