Small fire at Global Village pavilion put out

'Two pavilions adjacent to the site of the fire were evacuated to ensure the safety of visitors'

Dubai: A small fire that broke out in front of the Yemeni pavilion in Global Village was put out by Dubai Civil Defence on Tuesday.

Dubai media office tweeted that no casualties were reported. 


“Two pavilions adjacent to the site of the fire were evacuated to ensure the safety of visitors,” Dubai media office tweeted.

Global Village continues to receive visitors. The pavilions that were closed will be reopened within an hour.
