Winter arrived in the UAE with a flourish; there was a nip in the air and the great weather teased people out of their homes. While COVID-19 precautions still mandated face masks and hand sanitisers, UAE residents didn’t mind. They re-explored the UAE, hats, scarves and boots in tow.

With temperatures dropping, Dubai residents pulled out their winter wear to get warm and cozy while exploring the city during chilly days and nights.

This year's winter, residents have said, has been the coldest in some time, however it is not the coldest winter seen in UAE yet.

From shopping and city life to remote excursions and camping, residents are utilising the nice weather for many activities around the country

While it is definitely chilly, residents in the UAE tend to spend more time outside in the winter than in the summer unlike some other countries.

Cute outfits for the kids is of course mandatory during an outing.
