Agadir, an authentic Moroccan restaurant, transcends mere dining into an exotic world where you are greeted by smiling staff, and served some of the most succulent Moroccan dishes that challenge the best authentic cooking.

Course after course of Moroccan cuisine featuring succulent meats, vegetables and salads, served against the backdrop of Middle Eastern decor will excite and lull you into a very special evening.

Starting with Assal Morocco, a special blend of honey, avocado, dates, milk and orange blossom, opens the palate to experience the magic of exotic and delicately seasoned cuisine.

The harira soup, appetisers such as Zaalok (grilled eggplant) or taktouka (grilled coloured peppers) promise great starts for even greater main dishes. Try the seafood or pigeon pastilla. The latter is stuffed crust in honey and cinnamon that tastes more sweet than salty and are delicious.

Refisa is a special tajine made with pigeon, and the magdoor tajine is made with quail eggs and dates. Do not miss the sea food tajine. If you like couscous, order vegetable tajine and mix them both.

Relax amid the oriental splendour and rich tapestries. The dining is adorned with cushioned upholstery, luxurious drapes, lustrous pillows, hammered steel tables and lanterns.

Chef Najd, is equally proud of his heritage and creations. He created seven varied menus, one for each day of the week.“I chose a variety we offer in Morocco at different occasions that suit every taste and reflect our culture. The food is full of vitamins for our fasting patrons,” he said.

Guests can choose to break their fast either seated inside Agadir or in the traditional Ramadan rent, which are connected, featuring uninterrupted views over the far-reaching pool oasis.
