Tori Spelling gives birth to second child

Actress Tori Spelling has given birth to her second child, a daughter Stella Doreen McDermott.

E! News confirms reports the baby was delivered via C-section, weighing in at 6 pounds, 8 ounces and measuring 19 and 3/4 inches long. Spelling and husband Dean McDermott chose the name to honour McDermott's mother, who was also named Doreen.
