Those who would like to know what is happening around them in the world should watch documentary films.

There are 10 documentary films being screened during this year’s edition as part of the Documentary Film Competition.

These movies were selected carefully after being shown on the Arab Competition Screen specialised in this field.

The films centre on political, and social issues extending from the Arabian Gulf to the Arab Maghreb.

These movies, coming from Lebanon, Palestine, Egypt and Tunis, reflect the desire of their makers and allow their dreams to come true through their art.

For those who are really interested in watching documentary films, they will have many choices in the DIFF this year, as there are several movies even from outside the Arab world.
