Bhangrafit: Sophie Goes Balle Balle

From the London School of Economics to showbiz, actress and MTV VJ Sophie Choudry has come a long way.

The star was in Dubai at the weekend for a couple of engagements. On Thursday, she enthralled the crowds at the Reloaded Asian Underground event at the Grand Hyatt Dubai.

The following afternoon she joined a group of fitness enthusiasts at the Dubai Community Theatre and Arts Centre, Mall of The Emirates, for a session of bhangra moves, organised by The Power Bhangra Group, Dubai.

An accomplished dancer, Sophie was honest as she admitted: "This is the first time I'm conducting a Power Bhangra dancercise session."

But she moved comfortably to the beats of the track Mauja Hi Mauja from the movie Jab We Met.
