1. Roll bread using a rolling pin until flat and thin.
2. Paste cinnamon mix on top of flattened bread slices.
3. Roll bread pieces into a flute.
4. Dip bread into the batter mix.
5. Preheat pan to medium.
6. Place butter in a pan and place the flutes onto the pan, cook until golden brown.
7. Once golden brown, remove rolls and place into mixing bowl.
8. Coat the rolls with sugar mix until evenly coated.
9. Drizzle icing cream on top of the rolls.
