Expo 2020 Dubai meets with Dubai South business leaders

Dubai: Expo 2020 Dubai Bureau officials met with representatives from the Dubai South business community to raise awareness of the commercial opportunities for local businesses at the Expo.

The meeting, which is part of Expo’s ongoing initiatives to engage local businesses, attracted business leaders from SMEs [small and medium sized enterprises] and corporates, representing key sectors including food and beverage, logistics, aviation, consulting, trade, legal and retail.

There was a presentation that showcased the activities Dubai is undertaking as host city, the Expo organisers’ vision for the event, the theme of “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future”, and the master plan, among others.
