‘Amma I Love You’ looks at this parental bond from the perspective of a son
Paeans have been sung about a mother’s love, and movies have transcended borders and languages.
Kannada director K.M. Chaitanya’s upcoming film Amma I Love You looks at this bond from the perspective of a son.
“My story explores to what extent can a son go to save his mother,” said Chaitanya, who won a Filmfare award for his debut film, Aa Dinagalu.
Chiranjeevi Sarja and Sitara play the lead roles, while newcomer Nishvikaa is paired opposite Chiranjeevi.
Amma I Love You is produced by Yogish Dwarakish and releases in India on June 15.
