Having literally just jetted back from Kuwait where I’ve been on business, dahlinks, I’m looking forward to a jam-packed week ahead! On Saturday, I’m starting my Christmas shopping and have decided to put together some gorgeous boxes for my girls in London – first stop, Clarins for their classic Beauty Flash Balm, and secondly Tea For You in Tecom, where I’m going to blend each of them their very own tea. I’ll add more cute bits and pieces later. Plus, as husband splashed out on the new iphone 4S for me recently, I’m all over downloading apps, but am trying to avoid Farmville and Angry Birds as I just know I’ll get addicted! I’m also planning a visit to the Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara in the very near future so need to crack open my diary for some dates – and, eek! – it’s almost the end of the year… I need a new diary already!

I’ve just returned from a ridiculously fun-packed weekend in Beirut where I was lucky enough to hang out at legendary dinner and dance hotspot Music Hall – and had an absolute blast! Dubai’s in for a major treat when our very own venue opens here at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in January. But in the meantime, there’s plenty to be looking forward to – namely party season and the fact that my fave festive nibble ever (mince pies) will be ruining my diet at least three times a day as of next Thursday. So, in preparation for all of that extra calorie consumption, I’ll be hitting the malls on a Christmas present shopping mission this weekend – and kicking off the spend fest with a little gift to myself. After all, what better way is there to accessorise my National Day outfit than with this fabulous sparkly clutch from Boom & Mellow (pictured)?

Recently I’ve been going mad for anything vintage – inspired by my style favourites, the Olsen Twins. So I was over the moon when Lucy told me about Wayed Vintage. Their jewellery is amazing, so this weekend I’m definitely going to be ordering a few pieces to bulk up my accessories collection! In the spirit of St Andrews Day this week, I’m treating myself to some tartan Minx nails – I can’t get enough of the fun designs and I’m pretty sure this is as Scottish a manicure as you’ll ever find, so I’m in! After all the Minx fun and in a bid to get myself out of the shops and on a pre-7s detox, I’m checking into the Talise Spa in the Madinat for a much-needed Thai massage. I can’t wait for my day of total R&R!
