Salman Khan on the right track

Switzerland’s loss has turned out to be Dubai’s gain with Bollywood titan Salman Khan choosing the Dubai Metro to shoot a song sequence for his latest film, Dabangg. Word has it that the volcano ash effect had played spoil-sport forcing the producers to change the location from Europe to Dubai.

“Shooting at metro station than going to Mumbai for 4 hrs n bak to dubai to shoot at 7 am,” Khan tweeted on Saturday.

Though he didn’t reveal details of the shoot (first of its kind at the Dubai Metro), some Gulf News readers spotted the star at BurJuman. Khan plays a corrupt police officer in the political drama Dabangg and debutante Sonakshi Sinha plays his love interest.
