Pepsi ‘Battle of the Bands’ Season 2 all set

Pepsi Battle of the Bands Season 2, which is technically season 3 if you count the 2002 maiden show, is round the corner, and the fans can’t seem to wait.

The excitement was all too palpable at the recent launch of BOTB’s new TV commercial, at X2 Café in Lahore, which was attended by celebrities as well as last season’s winning team, Kashmir the Band, and the runner-up Badnaam. The Kashmir boys also belted out some of their popular tracks, before the commercial was screened. The new season will have Fawad Khan and Meesha Shafi, last year’s judges, on the panel again. They are joined by Strings.

Although all the episodes have already been recorded, barring the grand finale, BOTB will be aired on leading TV channels as an ongoing reality show, and fans will have the chance to vote for their favourite band.
