Jonathan Rhys Meyers to attend Abu Dhabi Film Festival closing ceremony

Abu Dhabi: Every year the organisers of the Abu Dhabi Film Festival have one last trick up their sleeve and 2010 has proved no exception.
 
It has been announced that Jonathan Rhys Meyers will attend the event's closing night ceremony on Friday evening as a late surprise guest alongside Uma Thurman, Basma, Khalid Nabawy and Yasmine Al Masri.
 
The Irish actor, best known for his roles in Bend It Like Beckham and Woody Allen's Match Point, will attend the 2010 Black Pearl Awards Ceremony followed by the gala screening of Tsui Hark's dazzling Detective Dee and the Mystery of the Phantom Flame.
