Johnny Depp and Kevin Smith team up for action movie with daughters

Hollywood star Johnny Depp and director Kevin Smith are planning to work together on an action adventure movie, the Hollywood Reporter said on Tuesday.

In the project called Yoga Hosers, Depp will star opposite his daughter Lily Rose Depp and Smith’s daughter Harley Quinn Smith, the paper said.

Shooting was to start this week.

Smith, who wrote the script will also direct the movie. The story follows two 15-year-old yoga fans threatened by an ancient evil monster, the paper said.

Depp will play the manhunter who helps the girls to fight the monster.

Former child star Haley Joel Osment (The Sixth Sense) and Justin Long (Going the Distance) have also been cast for the movie.
