John Stamos engaged to Caitlin McHugh

Actors John Stamos and Caitlin McHugh are engaged.

Stamos made the announcement on his Instagram account, sharing an illustration of a couple in front of Cinderella’s castle in Disneyland.

“I asked... she said yes! ...And we lived happily ever after!” he captioned the image on Sunday with a ring emoji.

Stamos posted the same photograph on Facebook and Twitter and tagged Disneyland, a place he loves to visit with his new fiancee.

Stamos has been dating McHugh since early last year. They appeared in a Law & Order: SVU episode in 2011 but kept their romance under wraps until March last year.

This will be Stamos’ second marriage. He was earlier married for seven years to actress/model Rebecca Romijin.
