Actress and singer wore an orange sari while in the country as a Unicef ambassador

Singer and actress Selena Gomez wore a sari, bindi (a decorative mark worn in the middle of the forehead), bangles and a neckpiece during a recent visit to Nepal as a Unicef goodwill ambassador.
The 21-year-old posted a photograph of herself in an orange sari on Instagram, and wrote: “Sari, not sari.”
The message was accompanied with a “namaste” symbol with joined palms, though it was not revealed whether she was wearing a designer sari or not.
The following day, she posted a quote by the Dalai Lama.
However, this is not the first time Gomez has worn a bindi. She wore it first for the video of her hit song Come and get it, then posted a picture of herself with a bindi on March 4 this year.
