Scene caught up with former Pussycat Doll, Kimberly Wyatt, in Dubai
How do you feel about the new line up of the Pussycat Dolls?
I wish them the best of luck! I had the most amazing experience being a part of the Pussycat Dolls. The dance group had been around for over 10 years before I was even a part of it, and I always knew this sort of evolution would come. Obviously, it’s a bit bittersweet because we had a moment in time that felt destined to be and we reached such amazing heights and platforms together, but at the same time I just wish those girls a really amazing experience and opportunity and hopefully they carry on the name in a beautiful way.
Any plans to get into movies?
You know, I wouldn’t dismiss the idea, I’ve always wanted to make a really cool, relevant dance movie, so if I found the right people or the right opportunity came my way I would definitely not turn it down.
Working as a judge on Got To Dance, what are your thoughts on reality TV?
I’m not a huge fan of a lot of reality TV shows, I can’t say I get a chance to watch a lot of them, but at the same time having been a part of Got To Dance, I love what reality TV shows like American Idol, X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent are doing, because they give people such an amazing opportunity. People are now able to be seen in a way they never were before and given so many more chances.
