Brian Kennedy to perform in Irish Village

Northern Irish singer Brian Kennedy performs in Dubai on November 27 at a free unplugged show at The Irish Village.

Discovered by Simon Fuller, Kennedy’s albums include ‘A Better Man’ (1996), ‘Now That I Know What I Want’ (1999), ‘Homebird’ (2006) and cover album ‘Interpretations’ (2008), which earned him awards of Irish Best Male Artist and Irish Best Male Album. Kennedy’s performance of ‘You Raise Me Up’ at footballer George Best’s funeral got him to the top 5 of the UK charts. He’s also known for working with Northern Irish legend Van Morrison.
