Look: From Shilpa Shetty to Lara Dutta, these Bollywood stars are ready for a 2021 comeback

It’s the year of the comeback. You may not have seen these stars for quite some but all that is about to change. Here’s a look at who you can expect to see this year on your screen.

Faisal Khan, Bollywood star Aamir Khan's brother, is all set to make a comeback in the industry with ‘Faactory’. He will not only be acting in this flick but also directing it. He told Indian media, "The movie was being directed by Shariq Minhaz…Shariq was not able to give time to the project… so, I put my foot down and told the producers about what I felt. They said why don't you direct it?"

Shilpa Shetty Kundra has been in the news because of her husband Raj Kundra’s arrest, but she’s been focused on her upcoming project. After a 13-year hiatus, she’s working on two movies - recently released ‘Hungama 2’, and ‘Nikamma’ – that will release this year.

Beauty queen-turned-actor Lara Dutta is ready to return to work as well; her newest role sees her opposite Akshay Kumar in ‘Bell Bottom’. The film also stars Huma Qureshi.

Ten years after her last appearance on screen, Bhagyashree will be seen in Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Thalaivi’ and ‘Radhe Shyam’. The actress was last seen in a film titled ‘Red Alert; The War Within’.

Another Bollywood star who has been polishing her acting chops is Neetu Kapoor, who is starring in ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’. The film also stars Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani in lead roles.

Meanwhile Ayesha, best known for her roles in ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar’ and ‘Khiladi’, is heading to the web platform with a series called ‘Hush Hush’. The thriller also stars Karishma Tanna, Soha Ali Khan, Shahana Goswami and Kritika Kamra in lead roles.

Esha Deol recently finished filming for a Hindi film, but she has yet to make an official announcement about it. According to reports, she is currently preparing for her next project, which is expected to hit the ground by the middle of this year. In 2002, she made her Bollywood debut in the film Koi Mera Dil Se Poochhe, starring Aftab Shivdasani.
