Indian television actor Karan Oberoi, best known for the series Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin, was arrested in Mumbai. The actor, last seen in Amazon Prime's Inside Edge is accused of raping a woman in Oshiwara, Mumbai in 2017.
According to a tweet by Indian news agency ANI, he has been remanded in police custody until May 9.
